Procedurals & R.O. Notes

Standard procedural penalties apply.  Penalties for each extra shot fired and each over time shot fired.  Movement of the hands before the target appears is -10 points..  Target will appear after shooter is in the ready position.  Shooter has 7.5 minutes to complete the course.  Shooting either side of the barricade wall is an event DQ.. Shooter will be told to Load and Unload, reloading will be as needed.

Stage Procedure

  • 10 yard line draw and engage target with 6 shots from right, repeat from left.
  • 15 yard line draw and engage target with 6 shots from right, repeat from left.
  • 20 yard line draw and engage target with 3 shots from right, repeat from left repeat, repeat.
  • 25 yard line draw and engage target with 3 shots from right, repeat from left repeat, repeat.

The Custer Sportsmen’s Club has been an approved NRA Club since 1945 and has become one of the largest multi-purpose ranges in the Northwest. We offer many different types of shooting disciplines. Custer also has RV sites available for visitors, with water and electrical hook ups, please call ahead for availability.
