Classifications:
NRA Classified – Per NRA rules, NRA score record book required. Books avail. @ $13 ea.
Practice – Any rifle, any sight. Caliber restrictions (not to damage targets), bragging rights only.
Course of fire:
10 shots each at 50 meters, 100 meters, 150 meters, and 200 meters. Each in 2 5-round , 2-min. stages.
Safety Notes:
Eye and ear protection required.
“Open bolt” i.e. “empty chamber” indicators are required.

I-5 exit 270, ¾ mi. east on Birch Bay-Lynden Road
Competition is open to the public
Entry fee is $10.00 per match
Registration (in person only) – 8:30 A.M. to 9:00 A.M on the day of the match
Practice & Sighters – 9:00 A.M. to 9:30 A.M.
1st Match – 9:30 A.M.
2nd Match – Approx. 12:00 P.M. with sight in

Rules
NRA rules for Cowboy Rifle Competition will apply (Centerfire and Small Bore) for all matches and shooters. Standard steel silhouette targets, Rams, Turkeys, Pigs and Chickens at the appropriate size and distance for each match will be used. Any bullets that damage the targets will be disqualified. Check with the Match Director if you are in doubt.
NRA rules will apply for shooters classification, NRA scorecards/record books are required (available at registration desk if needed)
EYE and EAR PROTECTION: REQUIRED!
EMPTY CHAMBER INDICATORS: REQUIRED!
SPECIAL LOCAL RULES:
The Range Master (Could be doing double duty as Match Director) has authority over everyone–including the Match Director. The Range Master is the designated Range Safety Officer, but the Match Director and any other trained R.S.O. will always be aware of any safety issues. Range safety however, is EVERYONE’S business!
